Thank you very much for your help. After several weeks trying to get my rx6650xt graphics card to work I got it and everything works fine AUDIO, VIDEO, INTERNET.
The only thing I can not fix is that the idle temperature is very high and the computer heats up a little.
I think it is because the processor is always at maximum effective frequency even when idle. I have already changed several parameters and updated the kext.
I leave my EFI folder in case someone needs it and if you can help me to verify that my processor is always working.
