Need a Guide to Install Windows VM in macOS(11-13) [AMD System]

I need a Windows VM on macOS because some lightweight apps don't exist for macOS. I searched online about this topic and found that VirtualBox 6 works on Monterey (AMD systems). But no luck, it doesn't work.
I also tried UTM, but it's too laggy to use and completely unusable.

Hi there. I'm already tested with my 7950X if running monterey 12.4 with virtual box 6.4 no problem. Once i upgrade to Ventura 13.1 virtual box cannot work.

I have Legion 5-15ACH6A - Risen 5600H & Radeon RX 6600M in stock
Mac os Sequoia 15.2
VirtualBox 6.1.50

Virtual machines start perfectly in Normal Start (not in Headless start mode).

To run VirtualBox correctly on Sequoia, it is necessary to run the executable file via sudo:

sudo /Applications/VirtualBox.app/Contents/MacOS/VirtualBox
