Hello , can i install mac os high sierra on amd A4-3310MX please?
 
No, you can't install macOS.

Your laptop would need to have a discrete graphics card that was controlled by a MUX switch in order for you to install macOS on this HP system.

thank you for your answer, so no solution for my PC then.
 
Unfortunately no.

None of the AMD APU's can drive macOS with graphics acceleration.
