Hackingtosh on AMD Ryzen 7 1700 and Nvidia

Hello, I would like some help and guidance for my first hackintosh . I don't even know if it's possible with this hardware, if someone can tell me at least if it is before I make a mess.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core
Main Board: Asus Prime B450M-A
Graphics: NVidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Well, I found out I have the GP104. Sad. I guess the only way is getting a new card, isn't it?
