Buena tarde tengo un Ryzen 5 3400g + RX 580 8gb + 48 DDR4 Ram + fenvi wifi + board x470 aorus ultra gaming + nvme 512 con Bisg sur opencore 060 quiero subir a monterrey asi sea de cero y se me queda pegado en las actualizaciones por eso no lo actualizo

You need to be using OpenCore 0.7.4 or newer to be able to upgrade to Monterey.

Ideally you will need to upgrade to at least v 0.7.8 for Monterey, as later versions of Monterey will not boot without it.
You will also need AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext to boot Monterey 12.4.
If you have added these in you should be able to boot at BIOS boot select with a test EFI USB stick first, and then select your macOS main drive.
