    Mac OS install on AMD Ryzen/INTEL (VMWare) Opencore - Improved Performance - Works with Tahoe / Sequoia / Sonoma / etc

    was also trying to update from Sonoma to Sequoia but update process hangs on restart showing apple with progress bar. Any solution ? in the meantime i was able to update by using 8 core OpenCore with 16GB RAM instead of 4 core with 8GB RAM before.
