This is what I use to spoof my 6950XT. No device properties settings or boot arguments needed. See if it helps....I'm getting the feeling it's something else. As EdHawk mentioned I'd try another card or operating system.

It's pretty much the same situation with either platform when spoofing a GPU. Its all about the SSDT usually.

It should work, for more help it would be best to zip and upload your entire EFI folder

If you updated to version 7D52v1A, that addresses the sinkclose vulnerability, that has been shown to cause boot failure regardless of the bios settings applied. Unfortunately the only way known to fix that issue is to downgrade the bios to a previously known working version...

As far as I know MSI is the only manufacturer so far to offer this patch,.I checked Asus' and AsRock's website for bios updates and the latest seems to be the update to support 9000 series processors. No Sinkclose Vulnerability patches.

You are leaving out critical information that would allow us to help such as the motherboard and version of macOS you want to install...but your graphics card is not supported and your CPU does not have an iGPU that could be used.

Unfortunately your GPU is not supported in any version of macOS and there is no iGPU on your CPU. You would need to purchase a supported AMD Graphics card to be able to install.
