I have my system working but I have a recent problem, applications for some reason cannot be installed. It always tells me that it is impossible to install them and I don't know why the same thing has happened to some people here?
What size did you set your VM drive for macOS?
Is it large enough for the OS and the App(s) you want to install?
What else have you installed or added to the VM drive?

180gb,
Now I'm looking into what it could be since the installation is fresh, it doesn't have anything other than the OS itself installed, some solutions I've tried are reconnecting the machine's Ethernet by assigning another IP (it's installing but the problem is when it says "Installing").
(edit: I am currently installing the iOS 18.6 simulator, to correct that problem with the app store I had to reassign my IP from the DHCP because for some reason it was "unstable" and I connected another Ethernet cable to another port and in theory until now no error has appeared)
If anyone has the same error, I advise you that the dumbest solution may work.
