Check this out for weird! The solution may help someone though, so I'll post it!
So... I used my daily Hackintosh up until Thursday/Friday, changing NOTHING... Then played games on my 2nd rig all weekend...
Goto boot up my hackintosh this morning... No Bluetooth, what so ever...
Now, MSI boards, both my B450i and my B550M in my 2nd rig, suffer from a random issue that's well known online - now and again, you'll boot from cold and loose your Bluetooth in the OS
, no-one knows why, but it affects many boards and isn't very well documented online but is known...
To fix it, all you do is just turn your PSU off and unplug the power cable and leave it 5-15minutes, then plug it back in and bluetooth works again
If you look online, this IS the solution and people just accept it!
It only happens rarely, so has never bothered me on either board, as it is very random/rare when it happens IF it does at all, and because the fix is so simple and both my boards do it, I know they're not 'faulty' so I've never cared too much, nor see the point in sending them back if they all suffer it!
Anyways, this wasn't the case, as bluetooth was working fine in Windows 11 on my dual boot on this hackintosh...
So I tried updating my kexts, but I already had the latest, and I hadn't changed anyway like I said before? So WTH is going on then?
It turns out, for some reason that I cannot explain, my config.plist had removed the following entries, which as you'll know, are required for my Intel Bluetooth to work:
Re-added that, and rebooted, and Bluetooth was back!
I've no idea how this happens, when I didn't change anything? Nor has it ever happened before...
All I can think is my Hackintosh got jealous that I spent the weekend playing games on my higher spec gaming rig?

Hopefully this might help someone in the future, if not I hope it made you all laugh
