    How did you go about mapping the ports? I've got the same specs (replace Vega 56 with RX 5700) and no matter what I do I can't get sleep working. I've tried iMacPro1,1 and MacPro7,1 with your USB kext as well as one I made using Hackintool. In any scenario once it goes to sleep I can't wake it...
