On the beginning scree the main error relates to SMCRadeonSensors.kext. I would remove this from the OC setup, as it is definitely not essential for your system to boot.
I would remove any Sensor related kexts from the OC setup, as again none of these are essential for the system to boot...
I use a number of RX 6700 XT & RX 6750 XT cards (most are PowerColor) with no black screen issues. But I wouldn’t say they were any more reliable than the RX 6900 XT cards, when set correctly.
What happened with the Bios?
Did you end up re-flashing the same version of the bios on the system...
Is you AMD GPU an RX 6900 XT or an RX 6700 XT?
Your signature says you are using an RX 6700 XT, but you are asking for help with an RX 6900 XT.
The RX 6700 XT won’t work with WhateverGreen.kext, it requires NootRX.kext to work in macOS.
Some RX 6900 XT cards require a fake device-id to work...
Your EFI folder is a mess. You have mixed the drivers, tools and the main BootX64.efi and OpenCore.efi from a number of OpenCore releases.
screenshots showing the contents of your EFI folder!
As you are using NootRX.kext for your RX6600 XT you don't need the agdpmod=pikera boot argument, it...
When looking to increase the amount of VRAM in the laptop you have to use Smokeless_UMAF.
Boot to the UMAF USB, using the 'F8' Boot Menu key.
Select 'Device Manager' using the up/down arrow keys
Select 'AMD CBS' from the menu.
Select 'NBIO Common Options', from the CBS sub-menu.
Select...
The next steps include but are not limited to the following:
Copy your working EFI folder to the hidden EFI partition on your macOS drive, so you don't require the USB drive when booting the system.
Under take USB configuration, so you have a working USBMap.kext that activates the USB...
Try this Debug EFI see what happens and assuming it will kernel panic, post a copy of the OC log that will be saved on the USB installer. As this should contain more useful information about what is causing the kernel panic.
Just rename the folder to EFI before using it.
Can you look under the Device Manager > Trackpad > Properties and see what it says about the trackpad, specifically the manufacturer name. I think it is an Elan trackpad, but while you have access to Windows it would be good to confirm the maker.
The Western Digital drive should be ok for use in macOS.
From the screen image above I am assuming you are looking to install macOS on a drive that already has Windows installed. If that is the case could you confirm my thoughts are correct. As that adds a couple of issues to an already...
Which NVMe (SSD) drive does your laptop use?
The second OC log shows an error message related to the AirportItlwm kext, but there are a few other errors that aren’t as clearly defined.
Switching to the Debug version of OpenCore along with using the debug versions of Lilu.kext & VirtualSMC.kext...
The screen image doesn’t tell us a lot, as it is so early in the boot process. It is often seen because the OC EFI is set incorrectly. I will have a look at the OpenCore logs and see what they show.
The wrong AirportItlwm kext would prevent the Intel WiFi from working, it wouldn’t necessarily...
Try this revised EFI folder, see if it gets you any further towards installing macOS Monterey.
Post a photo of the Verbose text on the laptop's display, if the system kernel panics.
Honestly, combining both the GPUs in one system is going to cause you unnecessary problems. The Nvidia GPU will not play nicely if it is set as the main display out connection.
The best you can do is set the Nvidia GPU in the second PCIe slot, vertically using the x16 slot adapter. Have the...
I am recommending that you use a USB to Ethernet adapter because your laptop doesn’t contain a Ethernet port. If you are using the macOS Recovery method to install Monterey you will have to download the full macOS installer (12+GB) as part of the installation. But your Intel WiFi card won’t...
