That's not an accurate statement. It's true it's not working for you but there are plenty of users, myself include reporting no issues with this update on other sites. This is just an issue with your EFI configuration.

You would need to post your EFI folder for more help.

Does it work in other operating systems? If it does it's likely you have not properly mapped your USB port(s) so it will function properly.

Unfortunately your GPU is not supported and neither is the iGPU on the processor. If you really want to run macOS you will want to buy a support GPU. Dortania maintains a list of supported GPUs on their OpenCore Install Guide webpage.

Try downgrading the bios using Q-Flash back to before the sinkclose fix was addressed.

Changing how much RAM you have will not change your USB port mapping or need to create new ACPI SSDT's. Its a know issue more that 32GB of RAM can be an issue, running it at default motherboard speeds can help stability. You'd need to dig into that little more to see what other people have done...
